Hi everyone,

Ive created an outcome quiz with multiple choice questions. I’ve connected all A responses to outcome A, B responses to outcome B and C responses to outcome C but it still doesn't work. Can I get help please. Thank you.

Hi @Mutaz Thanks for stopping by the community! Could you share a screenshot of what you have setup for the outcome quiz? Thanks in advance!

Hi Liz,

Thanks for getting back to me. So my questions are based on 3 answers. Each answer corresponds to SELF. A answers to authentic, B answers to False and C answers to Egoistic. I’d wish for a percentage of each but would be satisfied if I can get the most answered.

Hi @Mutaz Thank you! Do any of the outcomes have the same answer options? For example, if Outcome A and Outcome B both allow for Question #2’s answer C to count towards it, the logic will automatically show the first listed Outcome. So in this example, Outcome A would show and not B.

Hopefully that makes sense! Let me know if this happens to be the case.

Hi Liz,

thank you for getting back to me. I think this is exactly what’s happening. I keep getting the first answer chosen directed straight to the outcome. How do I fix that? How do I make the outcome the most chosen answer? For example if most answered is B then outcome would be outcome B.

@john.desborough do you have any good insights on setting the outcomes to make sure they show correctly?

@Liz - “don’t use outcome quizzes for this purpose” lol

honestly, i recommend setting up a variable for each of the categories/outcomes and using that as a subtotal - add a point/value to each variable based on the answer selected by the user using logic rules.

at the end of the quiz, use additional logic rules to evaluate which outcome/ending the user will see based on the value of the subtotals.
