Question type that allows respondents to input multiple numbers?

I want to include this question: 
What percentage of your income comes from:
Option 1: _%

Option 2: _ %
Other: _ %

I can’t find a suitable question type -- is there something I’m missing, or a workaround I can try?

(I considered a matrix type question but that question type seems to always look awful on mobile)

    Hi ​@SurveyMaker Happy Tuesday! Thanks for stopping by the community. We don’t exactly have a field like this, but could you add a group question with a few number fields underneath? 

    Life is a series of awkward moments separated by snacks.

    I will try that, thanks! I may have to suck it up with the matrix question or use another survey tool, though.
