Questions with yes/no and a value

Hi all, sorry i am new to this.  I have a question i would like to ask in the form, but the way its set up it may take me multiple questions to get the answers i need.  i am hoping to find an easier and cleaner option for my survey participants.  I want to ask how much produce do you use with the options of (example) apples, pears, blueberries, rhubarb… BUT i want them to identify how much of each they use and give th person an option to add more.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Oceanbluemartini Welcome to Typeform! 😁 Happy to have you here.

I think the easiest way to do this would be to:

  1. First, set up question groups so that you can group the questions you want to ask together.
  2. Then, you could use logic jumps to show only relevant questions. For example, if they only have a few different produce types for answer for, you could then only show the questions about the produce if it’s relevant. This article here can walk you through how to set that up.

Hopefully this helps get you started, but let me know if you have any other questions!
