Submit button sometimes fades out

Hi, I’ve a question regarding my typeform. 

I’ve set the logic jump so that the button on the last statement (S9) should be to submit the quiz and the user will be directed to Ending Page A when submitting. However sometimes the “Submit” button on that question fades out and doesn’t show the Ending page. I wonder if this is a glitch on Typeform or is it something to do with the settings on the Typeform? 

Redirect on completion is turned off. 

And the logic jump is shown in the picture attached.

Hi @arusacademy Happy Monday! Do you have a video of the submit button fading out? I’m not quite sure what that means. Any videos you have and the URL of the form would be handy!

One thing to note is that if you have a backwards facing logic jump, this can sometimes break the form, possibly causing the issue you’re seeing. You can read more about this here.
