Form reload leads to duplicate submissions

Hello,

Our respondents are getting a ‘reload’ message, which leads to people submitting twice.

I looked at this thread here, however I did edit the ending page and it hasn’t worked.  

Any ideas about how to solve this?

    @Liz Thanks for the check in. I only had trouble/complaints from one recipient. Perhaps the fix you recommended actually worked, but the issue caught that one guy because was actively using the survey at the time I amended the ending.
