I wish to create a quiz with 4 options and 4 labels for each question.

An Opinion Scale with a changing graphic on the right would have been perfect, however the 4/4 design for each question does not seem possible on Typeform (based on other community questions).

So, I believe I am left with Picture Choice type of questions - although if anyone knows of another option??

QUESTIONS:

  1. Is there a design available in Picture Choice where I can upload a background image?
  2. Is there a design available in Picture Choice where I can upload a different background image for each question?

Thx in advance for any feedback, this is my 1st form attempt in TypeForm.

@Systems Ken - welcome to the community

Picture Choice would allow you to load up 4 separate images, one for each option, click on the ‘placeholder’ and upload your image into that option, then do the same for the others

Yeah it looks like Picture Choice is the go.

I just also discovered you can have a right hand image, which is what I wanted.
