Quiz . which one to choose? 3 questions w 2 alternatives

Hello! 
I am looking to create a quiz that has 3 questions with 2 alternatives per question. 

After completing the three questions, the quizzer gets one of nine pre-written replies/suggestions

3 questions w 2 answers can give the following results:

  • AAA
  • AAB
  • ABB
  • BBB
  • BAA
  • etc etc

 

But I am very unsure about which type of template to choose? 

Does anyone have the solution?
