Integrated Payment and Landing Page - With Counter?

Hello friends,

How can I create an integrated landing page that can have payment embeded and can I embed a counter counting down the days available to enrol to create urgency?

PS. Is there a way to privately share a link of a website I would like to emulate?

    I will do! Can you also please help me. How I send the participant their answers will they fill in the questionniare? I believe there is a way to automate this via email but I haven’t worked it out yet so it’s arduous as I manually go into responses, select print and save it as a pdf them email them the pdf.

    I worked out the notification for respondents and now they and I get a full notification with all their answers when they complete the form. That is working much better.
