Adding Question fields to Content Templates

I would like to add a “Job Title” field to the “Contact” content template. Is it possible to edit the content templates and add fields in this way?

Hi @ABFI Happy Wednesday! I hope you’re having a great week so far. It isn’t possible to add additional fields to the contact field, but you could ask these in following short or long text questions.
