Matrix question - columms view does not freeze on mobile

Hi everyone, I am new to Typeform and having trouble to freeze the column view on a matrix question. I want the respondent to see the option he is choosing without having to scroll up and down. The rows are freezing normally but not the columns.
Any light on that?
Many thanks

Thank you, @Rodri ! When I look at the form within the community, this is what I’m seeing.

This is expected behavior because of the screen size, as not all of those fields would be able to show in one screen. Is this what you’re seeing? Or, if you wouldn’t mind sending a video, that would be helpful!

Hi @Rodri Could you share the URL of your form and/or the website it’s embedded on so we can take a look? I believe this is expected behavior, but I want to check first.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Liz! Thanks for your reply.

That's correct. The right/left scrolling is working fine. The visualization issue happens when you scroll up and down. The upper rows (diminui / se mantém / cresce) does not freeze. So when the respondent scrolls down he cannot easily visualize the option he is selecting.

Sorry doesnt know the video tool. So just wrote down ;)

Thanks for your help with this.

Rodrigo

Hi @Rodri Our product team let me know that there is no particular reason why the matrix question is operating like this, but they have taken note of the issue for future fixes.

Hi @Liz I’m having the same issue: the first column is frozen, but not the first row. When the user scrolls down they lose track of the criteria for each column. Is there a workaround for this?

Hi @daisen I’m afraid we don’t have a workaround at this time, but I’ll share your feedback with the product team as well.
