Help with survey

This was my first time buidling a survey and I thought the results would automatically pull in the persons email who clicked the link and filled it out.. but that is not the case.

1  person has filled my survey out but I don’t know who it links to.  How do I figure this out?

For reference this survey is being sent direct to clients for feedback on closed projects.

I updated my survey since and it will capture name / email / project but for this 1 response I have no idea who it correlates to.

Hi @missmariss711 Thanks for stopping by the community! I’m afraid our forms don’t automatically capture information unless it is asked or passed in through hidden fields. If neither of these cases are true, the results wouldn’t have the email information.

However, now that you have an email field added, you should have that information. Just be sure the field is marked as required!
