Divide type form in 2 pages

I have a landing page on which I take email address and name. Then the person is redirected to a second page where i have a type form, Is it possible that type form remembers the data from the landing page so that I dont have to ask the same details again

@Ishant - on the typeform you need to create two hidden fields for the name and email. on the landing page, you need to adjust the url to the typeform with the hidden fields ie appending #email=xxxxx&name=xxxxxx (but replacing the xx’s with the appropriate field values from yoru landing page form.
