Problem with MailChimp integration


I have a huge problem with Typeform and the integration with MailChimp. When I try to connect a MailChimp Account I always read this message: "We didn’t find any Mailchimp Lists (just tumbleweed) Make sure you’ve created a Mailchimp list—so the emails you collect in your typeform have somewhere to go"

 

I have tried with some account and I can't (many of these account I have just integrated in the past on Typeform). For sure I have lists in MailChimp with email. Also I have "required" email in my Typeform. How can fix it? Thank you

Hi @Enzima this is a really great question. Do you happen to be a member on a team account? If so, you’ll want to be sure that the account owner is the one that connects to the Typeform.

Yes. I’m sure. I have also tried with different MailChimp account.

Hm, this is strange. Another option I can think of is to check that the lists you’re looking for are under the account you’ve connected to. 

If that doesn’t work, our technical support team can look further into this. You’ll want to contact them from your account email here
