Hi! I am trying to figure out if the response limitation per month on different payment plans makes reference to:
Responses - being interpreted as a Survey “completed” sent by the customer.
Responses - Each of the answers of a Survey.
So if I have a limitation of 10.000 responses a month does it mean I can visualize 10.000 surveys collected or the equivalent in Surveys of 10.000 unique user answers?
Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi @VMartins that’s a great question! The limitation is based on the number of people who clicked the submit button and send their responses. For example, if I visit your form but then close the form before submitting my results, this doesn’t count towards your response limit. But if I submit my results, this would count as one submission, regardless of how many questions you have on the form. Hope that helps!
Although I haven’t reached that limit with my forms, I believe it’s a quick answer for @Liz@Mariana or @john.desborough - each with great insights to everything TF :)
