Moving from free to paid

Hi,

I have a a free trial with Typeform and created a form, we have decided to move over to the paid version.

My issue is my form on the free trial hasn't moved over to the paid account, as my colleague made the purchase. I’m using the same email address.

Does anyone have any advice on this?

Thanks

Emma

Hi @emma mansell Thanks for stopping by the community! It’s possible that there are still features on that form that require a different plan. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of what the message is telling you when trying to publish the form? Thanks in advance!

Thank you very much for your response. The form has already been published but it is on my free basic account. I need the form moving from my basic account to the plus plan that has been purchased by Salvatore Naccarato. I have been added as admin on the plus plan.

Thank you

Emma

Hi Liz,

There are no message to show. Maybe I’m not explaining myself clearly.

I have 2 accounts both with the same email address one is a Free Package that started as a trial. My colleague has now purchased the plus plan, which I’m a member of.

I’m unsure if the form I have created on the Free Package can be moved over to the Plus Plan or will I need to recreate the form from scratch again.

Thank you

Emma

Ah got it! It is possible to move forms between accounts. This article here can walk you through how to do so.
