Workspace arrangement


Typeform is not allowing me to rearrange the order of the forms I have in my workspace.

How are you looking to rearrange the forms?

I want to put them in a specific order and it does not allow me to move them like it did before.

Ah, got it, @GothamGovernment ! I’m afraid this isn’t a feature we offer at this time, but I can share this request with our product team!


This feature was available before all of the updates

Hi @GothamGovernment We do have a feature that allowed rearranging the workspaces on the lefthand side, but not the forms themselves, I’m afraid. Do you happen to be referencing this feature? 


I have read how to change the order of my workspaces but this feature isn’t working

Liz, where can I see info about how to rearrange workspaces on the lefthand side? I can’t seem to figure that out. Thanks!

Hi @Nick Kloho ! So...we used to have this option. However, when we revamped the workspaces and whatnot, this option got removed. 😤

Our product team is aware of this, but I don’t know if this is on their list of features to re-add. If it is, I can let you know in the post here!

Ah got it, thanks @Liz – if it’s possible to pass it on, please let them know this would is a highly desired feature! My organization works with lots of shared workspaces, so it would be amazing to able to rearrange/organize them and/or put them into folders!

Yes agreed, we would like this feature back as well. 90% of our workspaces are organized the way we had them before the updates that @Liz mentions BUT now the newer workspaces just appear at the top above the others in the order of when they were added but not logical order. This seems like a bug to me rather than a feature change.
