Hey Typeform Community! 👋

If you’re looking for some inspiration this season, I’m excited to share a new resource we’ve created with our friends at Klaviyo — all about turning customer curiosity into action.

You’ll learn how brands are:

  • Capturing zero-party data (the info customers choose to share) to create more personal, data-driven experiences

  • Syncing quiz responses straight into Klaviyo to trigger tailored flows, recommendations, and segmented campaigns in real time

  • Building stronger customer relationships through personalized marketing that actually resonates

The report also includes ready-to-use quiz templates to help you get started fast — from style finders to product recommenders.

It’s a quick, actionable read that’ll get you thinking about how to optimize your quizzes and data-collection strategy heading into the holidays and well beyond.

This guide is super helpful — especially the focus on zero-party data. With privacy changes reshaping marketing, leaning into customer-driven insights feels more important than ever. I love the idea of syncing quiz responses directly into Klaviyo to build real-time behavior-based flows. That level of personalization really can turn curiosity into purchase momentum.

I’ve been experimenting this season with short micro-quizzes and “preference snapshots” during key touchpoints (like post-purchase thank-you screens and seasonal landing pages). One simple strategy that worked surprisingly well was offering customers a choice between “discovering new arrivals,” “finding perfect gifting options,” or “getting personalized deals.” Based on their tap, they get routed into segmented Klaviyo journeys — fast, low-friction, and yet very effective.

I’m curious to hear how others are balancing quiz depth vs. speed. Are you finding more success with 3-question micro-quizzes, or longer guided discovery formats?

Thanks for sharing this resource — great timing as brands gear up for holiday campaigns 👏
