When is a user response said to be submitted?

One of the Typeform pricing says it allows 10000 responses/month. My question is what constitutes a response?

  1. Is it when user completes the survey and clicks the submit button?
  2. Is it alsowhen the user answers any question in the survey and leaves the survey midway?

Hi @SanjeevRao Happy Wednesday! This is a great question. The response is only counted when the user clicks the submit button. If the respondent starts the form and then leaves before submitting it, this wouldn’t count towards your response total.
