I’m trying to run customer feedback via email from a button. My question is - is there a way to collect email address automatically in the response without asking the subscriber?
It’d be best if there a way to create an URL for it - tried hidden fields but didn’t collect the email data (It only showed XXXXX)

it seems, from your message, that you are sending the user an email in which they click the button to come to the typeform.. is this correct?
if this is the case, then you already have the email address of the user to start, but what you need to do is replace the xxxx with the email address BEFORE you send it to them… if you have the email in a CRM or a database, you should be able to append the email address to the URL and send it..
this way, for example, when i open the email up and see the button, it would go to https://yourtypeform.com/typeform#email=me@myemail.com
