You can surely set up a self notification to receive the responses of your form via email! When you open the form from the Create panel, on the left, there is a gear icon: click this to open Settings where you’ll find the Email notifications option: 

At the top of the notifications menu, you can choose between self and respondent notifications. Choose Self notifications. Then, you’ll see the following:

Add your email, or the address you want all notifications to be sent to, in the "Send a notification to" field. You can also customize the body of the email. :) Once you're done, save the changes and publish your form again.
