i created a survey during the time i had a paid subscription and I just found time to download and analyse the results today. Now I see that my subscription is over for 2-3 days and that I can not even DOWNLOAD the entire results? Although the results refer to a survey, which were collected in a paid period. Am I the only one who finds this unbelievable  and feels forced to pay money again?

Hi @Emma0405 Thanks for reaching out. This is expected behavior. Once you’ve cancelled your plan, you will lose access to the results. You’ll need to upgrade in order to export them. You can read more about cancelling your plan here and any services you may lose when cancelling. .
