Duplicate 'Follow-ups' being created. Why?


I have follow-ups setup to send all responses to an email address. These are being sent twice at different times, with a minute or so in-between each duplicate.

Can someone tell me why this might be happening? The email address is only entered once.

Thanks, @thetrew ! It looks like everything should be setup correctly, and I can’t see why the notifications would be sending twice. It might be worth contacting our technical team here (and referencing this post to speed things up), as they can look into the logs to see why those notifications are sending multiple times.

if YOU are receiving two notification emails, is one a cc of the email to respondents? 

i know that sounds pedantic but just checkin’ ..
