Since the free plan allows 10 responses per month, what happens when an 11th response is done? The person cannot submit it? Or they can but I’m not able to access the answers?

When you reach your response limit, your responders will see the message “This Typeform isn’t accepting news responses” as it your form is in Private mode. You can learn more about response limits in this help article:
