Hi, I have a free form, publishe. it looked like few custumer answered the survey but i did not get anything

In the free form, some custumer answer the survey..but I did not get their responce, any notifoicatyion…I thought it was authomatic in my email…but it is not…

It is published…

How does thios work?

Hi @Cortella Happy Wednesday! Sorry for any confusion with the responses. Once your respondents click the submit button, you’ll see their responses in the Responses panel below: 

If you’re not seeing any responses there, it’s likely that the respondent started the form but didn’t submit it.

@Cortella - if you want to receive notification that they have completed the survey, you need to set up a followup - under the gear icon - then followups and create one that sends you an email when they have completed
