It would seem all one needs is to navigate within the form editor to Follow-Ups > Actions > Receive Email Notifications > then edit To: Who will receive this email notification? however this is not editable.
It shows my account email address in a grey box but does not allow me to edit it, remove it, add another, it is just a static text. How come? How do I change this to add my gmail address for example?

It could be to do with the plan you are on. if you are on a free plan with Typeform it’s not possible to edit this field, it will automatically pull through your account email address. If you are on a paid plan you should be able to edit it.
If you are on a paid plan and it’s not giving you the option to edit, I would recommend reaching out to the support team for help here.
