We are experiencing issues with collecting partial responses from a survey. On November 11th 24, we officially launched our NPS survey, which was created under the Typeform's Business plan.

To the best of our knowledge, based on our use of this plan earlier in the year, it allowed for the collection of partial responses.This week, when we attempted to analyze partial results, we realized that these responses were not being collected. Consequently, we reached out to the AI chat to understand the issue.We were informed that the plan we were using did not include partial response collection.

However, we were also told that upgrading our plan would enable this feature and that responses already generated prior to the upgrade would also be accounted for.Based on this guidance, we upgraded to the Growth Essential plan and completed the payment today, November 26th.

While we can now see the partial response feature activated in the settings (as it has always been configured), we still do not have access to any responses submitted before November 26th, contrary to what we were informed by the AI chat.We need Typeform to address this matter promptly and accurately, as this concerns our NPS survey, which is of immense value to our company.

Based on your knowledge, do you think this could be a bug? My main concern is losing those responses.

@Liz, unfortunately I didn't get a good response. On the chat, I was told that upgrading the plan would allow us to access previous responses, but that didn’t happen. By email, they just apologized and said there’s no database with any information that could help us.

Hi ​@jurosa Ah, shoot, I see. The support team is definitely going to be your best help since they have access to your account, so if upgrading didn’t work, I still would recommend staying on a paid plan if you would like to collect responses in the future so you always have access to them!
