Prepopulate field value

Hi, I wanted to know If there is a way that I can prepopulate a field in typeform or set a default value.
If a field has multiple values available in Type form which are different from Salesforce, is there any way that we can change that field value to specific value.for example for a field ‘services required’ there is one of the value ‘Book a Free In-Home Consultation’, which is not available in salesforce, so is there a way we can convert the value into ‘Supply only’.
