I cancelled the account to prevent more billings. I can no longer get into the account - I filled out the general form. A direct email would be far more efficient and a better use of everyone’s time...

Hi @SHAMAN Unless you completely deleted the account, your account will still exist even if the subscription is deleted. Our support team doesn’t have a direct email, so please use the instructions provided to contact them.

You have an option to delete the account to stop billing so that’s what I did - I cannot get back in so I can’t use your suggested method.

Hi @SHAMAN You still have the option to enter an email even if you can’t log into your account, so please use the method provided to contact support, as that is the only way to contact them. They do not have a direct email.

Last year was the first&last time I used typeform, with a FREE STUDENT ACCOUNT, made using Github and my student email address. After that, I NEVER used or accessed my account. I received a SMS on my phone saying that TYPEFORM took 529.55Euro from my bank account for an annual plan, without any notice or informing me.
I haven’t used typeform since last year, I didn’t even sign into my account until now, to see what was going on. I am a student and I can not afford to pay this, and I really need your help with this please.
I also submitted a request ticket to get help for my problem.

I have changed my free plan to basic, but the update does not appear in my account, also another problem, it is charging my bank account for purchases that I did not make and I request that refound me that money. Please I need support and help!!!

hi @Liz , I have send you direct message and submit the ticket. 485 USD is all money I have currently, please refund for me ASAP. Many thanks. 

 

One more suggestion for type form to be a better platform, we can have a feature to delete visa cards or at least an email to notify one day before payment. Otherwise we may need delete account for preventing mistaken billing from happening in the future. 1 year ago, I did not want to delete accounts after using trial version and downgrade my plan. And now, my 485 usd has been gone :D

I am 90% sure 1 year ago, I see this below image.

Now I am not sure I will automatically get upgrade plan to basic and get paid in Mar 14, 2024 or not.
