Required email field still blank

Hi -- Can someone help us understand why the left hand column is still blank where there should be an email address displayed? The email question is set to required.

    Hi @wearedti24 Huh, that is odd. Was that field recently updated to be required and/or is there a logic jump skipping over the field?
