Not getting any value from Videoask

Hi there

 

I’ve been paying for VideoAsk for several months now but I haven’t had the time to really dig into the software. The support I’ve received has been prompt but very unhelpful. 

 

I don’t know how to get value from the software (my main objective is to get paying customers)

 

I would like support to help me achieve this.

    Sorry to hear you’ve not had much time to really dig into VideoAsk yet, how are you using it so far? 

    If you can give us a bit more info on what you’re wanting to achieve, hopefully some of the good folks on the community can help you out 🤞
