My account was automatically upgraded to brand instead of the plan I was on and charged annually. I have emailed as soon as this happened and zero response. 
 

This is terrible customer service.

 

Please refund me ASAP.

Hi Shane,

Thanks for your message here, I have checked with the support team and they have replied to your tickets, could you double check your junk folder just in case the email has landed there? 

It looks like you previously had a discount code on your subscription which doesn’t roll over so that’s why the price will have gone up. I have asked the support team to email you again with more information about this.
