Hello All,

and I have one further question:

We are using the full version of videoask and I need my team members to answer video calls.
after giving the access and trying the function we hade the problem that only to my account the calls were going through. PC and phone settings were checked. Is there any other setting to bear in mind?

Hey Patrick! 

Were the other team members in your organization at the time of testing? If they were in their own they wouldn’t receive the call notification, so that could be worth checking. 

Let me know if that’s not it and we’ll keep digging!

Hi @Grace,

I am not 100% sure what you mean because in order to add a member one invites him via email, gives the access in Settings, Team.

Or is there anything else where to add someone to the “Organization”?

Hey @contastic.live once they’re added to your organization they should be able to enter it via the drop down in their VideoAsk account in the top left corner:

 

 

Have they tried switching to your organization from there yet?
