Is it possible to build 1 question that has multiple categories that Id like them to answer as a scale.
The question is along the lines of how important are each of the following in relation to such and such brand.

what you are probably going to want to do is explore the Matrix question type - this will allow you to create the style of question you show. the image below is a sample of a matrix question that I created for a maturity assessment typeform - note that to ensure that this would fit on mobile device screens, i put the questions in the description area - your short labels should fit fine.
