Hi there, I have a quiz with 12 question groups. Each question group has 5 questions using an opinion scale. That's a lot of clicks! Is it possible to add all of the opinion scales to a single page?

you might want to look at the matrix question type as an alternative..

Hi all
I am looking to create multiple quizzes for different locations and wanted to add all the questions onto one form - so people can see and answer of the questions before submitting.
I would like the questions to be answered with a short text option.
For example
...and so on up to around 10 questions on one page.
With the submit button at the bottom.
Is this possible, if so how?
