Hello, I'm really pleased with your platform and I have tried to create a form that can give a quick access to shared documents for respondents to read, then come back to the form to let us know if they have read and understood the shared document. However, I’m also looking into the idea of having a suite that will allow respondents to see where they are at the moment in the form. Like a summary. How do you suggest I go abou that?

Since it isn’t possible to add a document directly to the form, you could use a workaround like the one below:
As for a summary, then the original post you saw below will work great for that!
