adding a document to read before completing an application form

I need to connect a document that respondents need to read before completing an application form. I can use the Legal question form to signify approval - but how do I attach the form for respondents to read?

@director trinkar - wherever you keep files that you want to share with folks: your google drive, box, dropbox, etc.

    @director trinkar - you can put a link to the document in the Description .. when the user clicks the link it will open in a new tab
