Adding a text field to a multiple choice answer

Dear Community,
I would like to ask a question where there are several options for the prescribed answer, but for the answer Other there should be a text field where I can add Other. How can I set this? As an example: What have you learned?
A) Electronics technician
B) Mechatronics engineer
C) Other
At C there should be a text field where I can enter what I have learned.
Can someone help me?
