Or alternatively, as we are looking at Zapier again, how can we set it up so that an ending of the typeform is a trigger and not just a new entry? Sorry for all the detailed questions!

As for Zapier, which CRM system are you thinking of connecting it to? For example, if you were using Mailchimp, you could add that if a field is updated in a customer profile, then it would trigger an automation.
