Adding descriptions to rating options

Hello there!

I’d like to add words like ‘very bad’ – ‘excellent’ below the stars, is there any way I can do that? :)

Hi @Hedda Thanks for stopping by the community! We don’t have the option to place a description underneath each option, but you could add a note about the rating scale in the description of the question itself.
