Adding terms /legal agreement

Hi

We need people filling the form to accept our master service agreement which is a 5 page document.

How can we embedded it in to the forum so that they can scroll through and accept it.

@AEI @Liz - maybe you could use the Legal Question type and place all the materials on a single page OR create a series of Statement pages with a Legal Question that says “ok you read all that stuff on the pages before, do you accept them?”

    Hi @AEI Welcome to the community! We don’t have an option to embed a document in the form, but you could hyperlink to the document saved somewhere else, such as Dropbox or Google Drive. Would that work?
