Hi!
I would like to use two different colors of the font in one theme / question.
Furthermore it would be great if I could use two different sizes of text in one question to emphasize certain aspects.
Is that possible?

you can have different colours in the Question and the Answer for example and have some limited size options as shown in the image below. Unfortunately there is nothing in the native tool that would allow you to have one word red then the next blue then the next orange, for example
