Apparel Wholesale form

Does anyone know how or even if it is possible to create a wholesale apparel form on Typeform.

The issue with this, is one product will have size sku’s with qty on the side, which should be done together.

Any help would be great!

Hi @SS87 I would definitely suggest getting started with this template here

From there, you may need to set up logic jumps to only show options that apply based on the selections they’ve made in previous questions, which you can learn more about here

If you want to send them a summary of their order, you can do this with both respondent and self-notifications.

Hopefully this helps get you started!

Hi @SS87 Welcome to the community! Happy you’re here. 😀

We have lots of templates here that can help you get started with Typeform. Do you mind sharing more about what you’re looking to include in the form?

One thing to note is that it’s not possible to connect the form to a database, so you would need to input all of the product information into the form.

HI @Liz ,

Thanks for that. I am looking to create a wholesale order form for my apparel brand.

So in this case, once the customer selects a style, the options that would show is sizing for men and women.

Instead of them just selecting the product - i need them to be able to punch in the qty of that product they would  need.

How would  be able to achieve this.

That way they get a summary of the entire order they selected and i get that too my end to process for them.

HI Liz,

Thank you for your assistance, but it doesn’t solve the solution for entering a qty against the size.

Hi @SS87 You would need to add a separate field to ask for quantity. For example, if you have a specific amount, you could use the dropdown question to ask this.

Hi Liz,

Thanks! Still not sure if it would work as

I am looing for - one product which has 6 sizes - the customer can enter the numeric value of the qty they require for each size in this one product. As this is a wholesale form.

Hi @SS87 Have you tried adding the short text field (or a number field would work, too) to your form? 😀
