I would like my form to have the capacity for users to upload photos from their device. I really only need one form. What is the best pricing approach for such an endeavor?

The file upload question is available in any paid plan at Typeform. If that's your only requirement, the Essentials version might be enough for you. Here is the pricing page where you can see all the features included in each plan. I know you'll make the right choice :D
