Branching Issues

When I try to show instant results using branching, an error that says “You can't jump back to a skipped question or a different question branch.” Keeps appearing. However, there are examples on the site of branching that uses my exact format (shown in the photo below). How can I avoid this error?

@Liz - it might be due to the S* series …. because S8 comes before S2 in the visual layout, that might be the problem.. 

better to have s1 and s2 off the q1 then s3 and s4 in the next layer..

Hi @sylviaj Thanks for stopping by the community! Oh this is odd, as you’re definitely not going backwards in the form. Have you tried refreshing and re-adding the jump to see if the same message occurs?
