Brand new to Tpeform and very frustrated

Because I do not know what I am doing inadvertently opened two more typeforms when I only need the one. I have maxed out on my Free Plan. Can they be deleted? How do I complete the draft form I created ie add the Welcome and and Ending. I am soooooo lost and hate that I cannot talk to a human
