Bug when trying to use the free Website Design Feedback Form Template?

Hey all,

I am trying to use the Website Design Feedback Form Template (https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/website-design-feedback-form-template/) which says that it is free. However, when I try to use the template I am getting the error “This account hit its plan limit of 0 typeforms”. Anyone know the reason for this error or how I can use it?

 

Any and all advice is very much appreciated.

Hey @deepspace - can you try creating a different form with the default template and see if you get the same error? The error suggests you’re not able to create any more typeforms on your account.

I’d recommend contacting our support team so they can look at your specific account.

Thanks for replying :) I can create other forms, but just not this one unfortunately
