Can TypeForm Remember People?

We run multiple identical surveys with repeat questions (email, gender, age, etc.) going to the same people for things like product feedback (which often has multiple rounds).

Can TypeForm remember those answers and auto fill those questions for people who have already given us that information?

I guess a better question would be- can we make questions that are able to be used across multiple surveys/forms?

Hello @Danny M! Welcome to our Community! 👋🏼

While you can't pre-populate answers to Typeform questions, you can pre-populate your respondents' data using hidden fields if you are already have their data stored somewhere (a CRM tool such as Intercom, for example). You can read more on this article.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I'll be more than happy to help. Hope you have a great day! 😊

THANK YOU! @Gabi Amaral
