I have 2 screens within my Typeform that show a video. For each one, I have added the video to a ‘statement’ screen. One of the screens has allowed me to add text on the screen that extends to 459 characters (including spaces). The other cuts me off at 105 characters. And in fact the second one originally allowed me to use 109 characters but I tried to edit it & now it won’t give me more than 105 & I really need those extra 4 characters! And, in reality, I need a total of 150 characters here. I can’t figure out the difference between the 2 screens. Can anybody help?

That’s immensely kind, Grace but I don’t think I can do that because it’s something for work that has to remain under wraps until it goes live. But I have mocked it up in the image below. Both pages look like this, but the text on the right hand side is limited in one but not in the other. The image on the very right of the image below is from the screen set up, which is the same for both. Does this shed any light on it for you? I am immensely grateful for your help & do apologise for not being able to share the file but I am afraid that that just isn’t an option right now, even by DM. Many many thanks, Janet
