HI, we are using the chat widget as a traffic director. We are wondering if the box can be expanded somehow as it is very small compared to others. Also we want to add a pic like a normal support chat. Lastly, for custom launch options which plan do you need. We have the business plan and do not need the any more bandwidth, but we do want the custom launch? Custom launch is not noted as a feature in the price comparison chats.

We don’t have this option in the chat embed settings, but would you mind sharing more about what size you’re looking for and your use case? I can then share this feedback with our product team.
Also we want to add a pic like a normal support chat.
You can add your own custom avatar like this:
Lastly, for custom launch options which plan do you need.
You will need a Business Plan for the advanced embed features, which you can read more about here, so it sounds like this is already available in the plan you’ve subscribed to. 😀
