Chat not working


Why is Live Help Chat not working when I go into my profile on the top right hand side

Hi @Vinton Surveys Ah, got it - thanks for clarifying. When changing the subscription from monthly to yearly, this also changed the type of plan you were on as well. Since we recently changed our plans, it’s not possible to get your old plan back, but our billing team in support can help any further questions you have about your account specifically. Would you mind contacting them from your account email here? Thanks!

Can you confirm you are on the Premium plan or the Business plan? These are the plans where the support via Chat is available.

I used the chat just the other day and was great…. I’m not sure what changed.  I’m using business plan Typeform Plus

Thanks for clarifying! I just had a look and you are on the Plus plan (not Business), which doesn’t have support via live chat (screenshot below). When did you switch from Premium to Plus and what was your main reason?

oh no all I did was switch from monthly payments to YEARLY… I really need live chat as I’m trying to build my business and get stuck a lot
